There are a number of key checks done during each lesson in my Academy to monitor a player. Of course this is down to each individual player and level but it is a good starting point.
All areas will be videoed and whatever my academy can do to help a player improve will be done:
- The Technical checks are to monitor how the player is aiming and delivering the cue.
- The mental checks are to see how confident and how much self belief he or she has.
- The other check list is how the players overall game is with their potting and break building.
Player Profile
All academy players will receive a special profile sheet with the main points, positive or negative I noticed during the lesson or camp. I will design drills to enhance each area of your Technique, Mind and Game. Your Equipment will be also checked to ensure you will be able to play and practice your best snooker.
