This week my 147academy returned to the city of Turku in Finland to hold another Snooker Training Camp in the AuraBiljardi Club in Finland.
This camp focused on training four talented and up and coming Finnish Junior players Patrik Tiihonen, Eelis Lappalaisen, Tuure Lappalainen and Toni Savonen who will play in the 2020 EBSA European Under 18 and Under 21 Snooker Championships in Portugal next month.
Perfect Training Base
The AuraBiljardi Club was again the perfect venue for the camp. AuraBiljard Club owners Marko and Marke Parkkola were the perfect hosts. The club has nine professional Star Snooker Tables plus many American Pool, Chinese 8 Ball Pool Table and Carmon Tables.
Training Program
During this camp I updated their training program and designed new match play games with analysis so improvement can be measured with goals, targets and feedback from each session.
This three-day training camp covered all aspects on the Mental side of the game as I believe this will help achieve more success for the Finnish players. Each player received Audio and Videos on improving this important area in their game plus two booklets on improving their mental side.
Honour to Coach in Finland
It was an honour again to train in the AuraBiljardi Club as this is the perfect training base to help develop more champions in Finland. It is a big honour for my 147academy to help the Finland players improve more and achieve more good results on the International stage.
Thank You
I would like to thank Marko and Marke Parkkola from the AuraBiljardi Club for organising everything and making it a great experience. Finally thank you to all the players for training and good luck in Portugal for the European Championships.
