This week I held another coaching camp for the current World IBSF U-17 Champion Christian Richter from Germany who returned to Carlow in the Republic of Ireland for another camp in the SBI HQ Academy of Excellence.
This 16yrs old German returned for another training camp to prepare for the 2025 EBSA European Championships in Turkey next month and the young star of the future performed excellent.
Camp Structure
During this camp, I again worked on fine tuning his break building skills and developing good fundamentals in his technique. Christian was videoed during each session and he brings home all the videos to study more.

This camp I arranged training matches against Irish International players Tommy O Donoghue and Alex Currid to watch his shot selection and match-play. I was again so impressed with Christian work rate throughout the camp. He worked very hard on his break building skills, shot selection and scoring power since our last camp.

Training Aids
We used the latest training aids in this camp to enhance each session like the QLine, Mini Domin Eye, Master Doctor, Str8aim G-5 & SA-2, Chris Henry Balls, EBSA Coaching Balls to help to get him on the line of aim and develop a smoother stroke in his delivery.
