On Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th of June 2022, I held a National Snooker Training Camp organised by the Austrian Billiards & Snooker Association in the HSEBC Cue Sports Academy in the city of Vienna to prepare the players for the upcoming EBSA Snooker Championships in Albania.

Training Aids
The latest training aids were used in the camp to enhance the sessions like the Master Doctor, Str8aim G-5 & SA-2, Chris Henry Balls, Academy laser, EBSA Coaching Balls to help to get the players on the line of aim and develop a smoother stroke in their delivery.
11-year-old Lukas Stötzer won the long potting competition with 27pts. Thomas Janzso won the Cue Ball Control competition with 35pts and Jérôme Liedtke won the Break Building Scoring competition with 340pts.

On Day 1 we focused on the players Technique, Cue Ball Control and Long Potting. On Day 2 we focused on Match Play Mini Tournaments and on the Mental Side of the game. The players performed excellent on both days of the camp.
Mental and Physical Seminars
National Snooker Coach Chau Zi Kim gave four Mental Training seminars to the players on helping to be mentally stronger plus qualified fitness coach Daniel Seyser also held a fitness session for the players to warm up before matches.
Coaching
All the players received the video clips from the camp along with a copy of the new Mental Training booklet and practice drills to work on each training session at home.
I would like to thank Austrian President Christian Fock plus National Coach Chau Zi Kim and Daniel Seyser along with the HSEBC Academy for their assistance during this camp.
Thank You
I would personally like again to thank the Austrian Association for inviting me to work with the National Team players and I am already looking forward to the next camp in September.
