The balls developed by top professional coach Chris Henry are two lightweight balls. Inside the box there is a white and red ball.
The balls work on perfecting your striking and aiming by developing good fundamentals in your delivery as any unintentional side will throw the light balls off line.

There are a number of training drills to master and many of the top professional players including Shaun Murphy, Mark Selby, Mark King use the balls during each training session.
In my 147 academy I personally use the balls to enhance all my coaching lessons as I believe this gives the students great fundamentals in improve all areas of their technique. I would recommend all players to try the balls and see if you can strike and aim like the pro’s
