Last week I had the pleasure of holding another coaching camp for a young German player Christian Richter from Germany who returned for another camp in the SBI HQ Academy of Excellence in Carlow in the Republic of Ireland.
The 15yrs old German returned for another training camp to prepare for the 2024 WSF Championships in Albania next week and the 2024 EBSA European Championships in March.
Camp Structure
During this camp, I worked on fine tuning his break building skills and developing good fundamentals in his technique. Christian was videoed during each session and he brings home all the videos to study more.
I was again very impressed with Christian throughout the camp. He worked very hard on his break building skills, shot selection and scoring power since our last camp.

Christian achieved three of my 147Academy World training drills records. when he made a 174 on the Max Break, 154 on the X Break and a 332 Break on the Thailand Break – CLICK ALL RECORDS

Training Aids
We used the latest training aids in this camp to enhance each session like the Mini Domin Eye, Master Doctor, Str8aim G-5 & SA-2, Chris Henry Balls, EBSA Coaching Balls to help to get him on the line of aim and develop a smoother stroke in his delivery.
