Last weekend I returned to Vienna in Austria to hold my last snooker training camp for 2023. This camp was again organised by the Austrian Billiards & Snooker Association for the Austrian National Team players on Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd of December.
The Players
The 11 Players were invited to the HSEBC Cue Sports Academy in Vienna were Philipp Koch, Mario Bodlos, Elias Kapitany, Paul Schopf, Lukas Stötzer, Emil Becker, Maximilian Pfleger, Nikolaus Haslmayr, Aref Hussaini, Patrick Ruß and Josef Elias Wimmer attended training both days.

The training facilities in the HSEBC academy were again top class and I was very happy with the players overall training performances and I am confident, we are developing all the players to improve at each camp.

On Day 2 of the Camp we held a mini match-play scoring events with Paul Schopf, Maximilian Pfleger and Patrick Ruß coming out winners of their groups with brilliant performances.

All the players received a copy of a new Training booklet plus links to videos on improving their mental fitness during training sessions at home.
Seminars Mental and physical
National Coach Chau Zi Kim gave a number of Mental Training seminar to the players on becoming mentally stronger plus qualified fitness coach Daniel Seyser held a fitness session for the players to warm up properly.

I had all the latest training aids to enhance the sessions like the Mini Domin Eye, Master Doctor, Str8aim SA-1 & SA-2, Chris Henry Balls, Academy laser and the EBSA Coaching Balls to help to get the players on the line of aim and develop a smoother stroke in their delivery.
Thank You
I would personally like to thank the Austrian Association for inviting me to work with the National Team players again in 2024 and I am already looking forward to holding six more camps in 2024.
I would like to thank Austrian President Christian Fock plus National Coach Chau Zi Kim and EBSA Coach Bernard Müllner and Daniel Seyser along with the HSEBC Academy for their assistance during this camp.
Good Luck
Finally, I would like to wish all the Austrian players a happy Christmas and it was a pleasure training everyone again. Keep on training hard and believe in yourself.
See you all in February.
