Last week I held another five day coaching zone for the Austrian Billiards & Snooker Association in the 15 Reds Snooker Club in Vienna and in the Pot Black Snooker Club in Wels. This season the Austrian Association are holding PJ Nolan coaching days in clubs all across Austria in an attempt in improving the players training and playing techniques while promoting the game. Over 30 players from the Austrian snooker and billiards ranking lists were invited to attend the five day training camp and I really enjoyed the camps in Vienna and Wels where both clubs provide excellent facilities for their members. Each player received a DVD of his training with the key fundamentals to improve. All players were advised on what academy training program would suit their needs best to improve his or her game. The Austrian Association did everything again to make it another success and the next camp is planned for the end of August and I am already looking forward to returning to coach another group of students.
